These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CyberGuard ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the CyberGuard mobile application, including any related services, features, content, and applications offered by us (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

We offer the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel during the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the subscription fee. Free trials are limited to one per user and may not be combined with other offers.

You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or software obtained from the Service.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyberGuard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will cease, and you must discontinue use of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
